Built as a replacement free piston kit for KYB AOS Twin Chamber forks, this part is machined from lightweight aluminum. It provides a much more robust alternative to standard OE plastic pistons that frequently suffer from cracking.
Choose your ride feel with the included design options. The standard piston faithfully mimics the original equipment suspension feedback, whereas the plush piston offers a noticeably softer and smoother feel across the entire suspension stroke.
This part supports Sherco, Yamaha, Husqvarna, and Gas-Gas applications from 2007 through 2025, covering 65 verified vehicle fitments including models like the Kawasaki KLX450R, Yamaha WR250F, Yamaha WR450F, and Sherco SC Factory series. Please check the fitment chart and confirm your vehicle specifications before ordering.
