This direct replacement motor vehicle part weighs 129 lbs and is engineered for select Polaris 2017-2021 models including Polaris General 4 1000 EPS and General XP 4 1000 Deluxe. Please verify fitment and compatibility before ordering to ensure proper application.
The ½” UHMW construction provides exceptional resistance to denting, rusting, and gouging from blunt edge impacts. Featuring low friction, high abrasion resistance, and self-lubricating properties, this material easily slides across hard surfaces. It is nearly four times thicker and offers approximately 56% more tensile strength than typical stock OEM plates, ensuring rugged off-road durability.
Integrated rock sliders and tree kickers supply added rocker panel protection. Installation is designed to be straightforward with less drilling required, utilizing glass filled nylon frame clamps with brass inserts and existing OEM mounting points where possible.
