GET Smart SOS is an emergency device that has two main functions: -SOS function: if you crash while you are riding your bike, you lie unconscious and/or you are not able to call for rescue, GET Smart SOS will alert your beloved ones via an SMS and/or e-mail notification with a "request of help" and your exact GPS position -Hour Meter function: GET Smart SOS catches the vibrations of the engine and counts its running time. When it’s time to service your bike you get dedicated notifications from the App (piston, oil, oil filter etc..). Connect your GET Smart SOS device via Bluetooth® and enjoy all its capability: -Tune device sensitivity to ensure maximum precision -Enable the SOS function -Set alerts on service intervals: helps keep your bike maintained and ready to go -Reset the partial count of the hour meter function

Online orders will be shipped through FedEx, USPS, OnTrac, or other reputable shipping services based on what we determine to be the best option. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

No, unfortunately at this time we only ship to the lower 48 states in the USA.

What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

How do I return an item?

Please log in to your account and go to the order to request a return. Items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in new/unused condition with all of the original packaging. If you purchased the package protection, returns are free. If you did not, customers who make a mistake with their order are responsible for return shipping costs. Discounted return labels will be provided for those and subtracted from the refund. If we have made a mistake, please email with
pictures of what you received including the part number and the year, make and
model of your machine if applicable. If we determine we made an error we will
cover the return shipping.

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.
