Built as a direct replacement for 2003-2006 Harley Davidson Twin Cam models (excluding 2006 Dyna), this 40A 3-phase system is designed to handle demanding electrical needs. It delivers 25 amps at idle and over 40 amps above 2800 rpm, paired with a high output voltage regulator that provides 14.25 volts from idle.
The system utilizes a specialized vented rotor to improve heat dissipation, keeping the stator cooler for optimal performance. Because of its narrow rotor and stator profile, it accommodates Softail, Dyna, and FLT models running an OEM primary. Please verify your specific vehicle fitment and compatibility prior to ordering.

Online orders will be shipped through FedEx, USPS, OnTrac, or other reputable shipping services based on what we determine to be the best option. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
No, unfortunately at this time we only ship to the lower 48 states in the USA.

What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

How do I return an item?
Please log in to your account and go to the order to request a return. Items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in new/unused condition with all of the original packaging. If you purchased the package protection, returns are free. If you did not, customers who make a mistake with their order are responsible for return shipping costs. Discounted return labels will be provided for those and subtracted from the refund. If we have made a mistake, please email with
pictures of what you received including the part number and the year, make and
model of your machine if applicable. If we determine we made an error we will
cover the return shipping.
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
