The BeadBuster XB-450i is an updated design of the original small frame bead breaker. This design updates include Premium Investment Cast construction from hardened 4140 Chrome-Moly Steel, custom Grade-8 Bolts with crowned tips, and double female ram thread length (1"). These improvements address weld and thread stripping failures that some customers experienced with the legacy design. With the home mechanic and trail rider in mind, it was specifically designed for difficult-to-remove ATV tires, no adjustment is needed for different tire/wheel sizes. The portable bead breaker is small and perfect for stashing in your glove box or tool box. Save time, money, and frustration by quickly and easily changing your own tires whenever, and wherever you want.
  • It will break the bead on all of these kinds of tires and wheels: ATV's, Side x Sides, Motorcycles (Street & Dirt), Cars, Light Trucks, 4X4 Trucks, Trailers, Lawn Equipment, Go-Karts, Scooters, Light Aircraft.
  • A 3/4" wrench is required to drive the clamp and ram bolts. Hand wrenches will work, power tools are recommended. You can use an impact wrench, but use caution with a 1/2" impact to not over-torque the bolts.
  • Tire Irons are required to finish the job of removing the tire from the rim.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

No, unfortunately at this time we only ship to the lower 48 states in the USA.

What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

How do I return an item?

Please log in to your account and go to the order to request a return. Items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in new/unused condition with all of the original packaging. If you purchased the package protection, returns are free. If you did not, customers who make a mistake with their order are responsible for return shipping costs. Discounted return labels will be provided for those and subtracted from the refund. If we have made a mistake, please email with
pictures of what you received including the part number and the year, make and
model of your machine if applicable. If we determine we made an error we will
cover the return shipping.

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.
