Produced with cutting-edge CNC machining tools, which ensure dimensional tolerances of less than 0.01 mm, Athena pistons are made of special high-performance materials (nickel, silica, and aluminum alloys) that guarantee the same reliability of the OE piston, while at the same time providing greater resistance and excellent performance. The perfectly smooth profile ensures a regular flow and the perfect flame propagation.Some pistons? skirts are moreover treated with a molybdenum disulfide coating applied by screen printing which further reduce friction to enhance performance and durability.

This piston for OE cylinder is equipped with piston rings that guarantee less friction with the cylinder and therefore a higher performance.Athena takes care of the development of the pistons down to the smallest detail: the rings are produced in Japan with wear-resistant coatings (PVD or chromium nitride) to increase the retain and the durability. The rings perfectly adapt to the cylinder liner even at low tangential load.This piston kit contains the piston, the pin, the circlips, and the piston rings. All components are replaceable and interchangeable in case of need.All Athena products produced in greater displacement and power than those provided by the road code of the user's country, are intended exclusively for competitive use. Athena declines all responsibility for any use of the product contrary to national regulations.

What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

How do I return an item?
Please log in to your account and go to the order to request a return. Items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in new/unused condition with all of the original packaging. If you purchased the package protection, returns are free. If you did not, customers who make a mistake with their order are responsible for return shipping costs. Discounted return labels will be provided for those and subtracted from the refund. If we have made a mistake, please email with
pictures of what you received including the part number and the year, make and
model of your machine if applicable. If we determine we made an error we will
cover the return shipping.
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
