      Rooted in Research and Development

For over 20 years, Evans Cooling Systems, Inc. has made its mark in the industry by launching the first commercial waterless engine coolants. They have also graced the world with non-aqueous engine coolant products that offer durability and superior performance to any other brand. Committed to in-depth research and development of waterless engine coolants, the brand seeks to improve and strengthen the intellectual properties of its products.

      Ardent Development Procedure for Coolants

After years of research, Evans Cooling Systems, Inc. has developed high-quality coolants with low vapor pressures and boil at 375° F. The operating temperature of these coolants is always colder than the boiling point, which prevents boil-overs under any harmful conditions that can lead to the failure of the water-based coolants.

The Evans coolants are engineered to prevent engine hot spots. Positive results are derived by keeping liquid coolant in contact with the engine coolant jacket’s hot metal surfaces at all times. It also avoids water in the coolants to protect against insulating pockets of water vapor, water-caused corrosion, and cavitation erosion. Since the Evans waterless coolant has less than one-third the electrical conductivity of water-based coolant, it minimizes the electrolysis and offers reliable performance. It also ends the boil-over to expand the acceptable operating temperature range, resulting in a reserve cooling capacity for every liquid cooling system.

      Inventory at Its Best

Evans Waterless Coolant delivers a wide range of advantages over traditional water-based coolants. Since the brand avoids water-based coolants, it prevents vapor formation, high pressure, and boil-over. It also fights corrosion and electrolysis. Their products offer a wider and safer operating temperature range with high boiling points and lower freezing points. You can reap the benefits from their products on most vehicle applications and engine types. However, note that the performance may vary on the cooling system configurations.

For the Powersports engine, you can rely on Evans’ Waterless Powersports engine coolant that will enhance the performance of Powersports racing, snowmobiles, UTVs, ATVs, and motorcycles. It has been one of the trusted products by race teams worldwide as it keeps their engines safe regardless of the conditions. It eliminates system corrosion, improves combustion, and maximizes HP, among many other benefits.

You can switch to their Prep Fluid, a waterless cooling system flush designed to purge the water-based antifreeze from the cooling system after draining and installing a new waterless coolant. Use it when block drains are unavailable or cannot be removed. However, it does not act as a substitute for thoroughly draining the cooling system and other related components.

      Patents and Distribution

Dedicated to thorough research and development, Evans Cooling Systems currently has four issued patents for engine coolants. Some patents have already been granted to the brand in the US and overseas countries, including India, Japan, and China. Some of their patent filings are yet to be completed, but the rest is to ensure that the brand offers products like no other.
